The show is hosted at the Saint Paul RiverCentre - June 20th-22nd, 2025

Complete Dealer Show Schedule

  • Friday, June 20th

    • The dealers are allowed in the exhibit hall at 7 am to start setting up after you register/check-in and get your dealer pass.  Set up will last until 12 pm.

      • All day Friday Morning Dealers will be able to unload directly into the exhibit hall via a loading dock that can handle multiple dealers unloading at the same time. We will also have staff there to watch you inventory, so you can park your vehicle. Load-in will start 7am on Thursday (No one will be allowed in early). 

      • We will be using the MAIN LOADING DOCK - 310 Eagle St, St Paul, MN 55102 - Click HERE for Directions. Load-in is first come first serve.

      • VIPs Will be allowed in at 11am and General Admission will be allowed in at 12pm.

    • Friday's Show will end at 7 pm dealers will have plenty of time to pack up after 7 pm.

  • Saturday, June 21st

    • The dealers will be allowed in at 9 am to set up for the day.  Set up will last until 9 am.

    • VIP Pass Holders are allowed in at 10 am and General Admission are allowed in at 11 am.

    • Saturday's show will end at 7 pm dealers will have plenty of time to pack up after 7 pm.

      • Trade night on Saturday will start at 7 pm and go until 12 am.​​​

  • Sunday, June 22nd

    • The dealers will be allowed in at 9 am to set up for the day.  Set up will last until 10 am.  VIPs and general admission will be allowed in at 11 am.

    •  The show will end at 6 pm.​

      • At 5:30pm Dealers will be able to start loading out using the Main Loading Dock.

  • The show is hosted at the Saint Paul RiverCentre - June 20th-22nd, 2025

  • The tables for the show are split-up into 3 different sections.  ALL DEALERS MUST ABIDE BY THE SECTIONS RULES! The different sections are:  

    • Sports Cards

    • TCG & Collectibles

    • Open to All -  This section is open to anyone.  If you have a large mixture of items this is also the place for you to set up.

  • IF YOU ARE AN ARTIST AND WANT TO SPOT AT THE SHOW YOU MUST APPLY TO BE IN ARTIST ALLEY!

  • Dealers must only book a table in the section that corresponds with that they are selling.  Collectibles include but are not limited to:

    • Video Games

    • Action Figures/Toys

    • Comic Books

    • Funkos

    • Vinyl Records 

    • Film and television items

    • Art 

    • Plushies 

    • + More

  • Dealers are expected to be at the show all 3-Days if you can not make it all 3 day please do not signed up to be a vendor.

  • Dealer will only have acces to power if purchased above

  • There is direct access to the Exhibit Hall for dealers that need to unload their vehicles directly into the show floor.  The entrance to the loading dock is 310 Eagle St, St. Paul, MN.  You do not have to reserve a time there is plenty of space for multiple vehicles at one time.

  • Onsite Parking at the Saint Paul RiverCentre Parking Ramp is $15/day. Go HERE to see other options 

  • The tables will be labeled with the table number and dealer's name.

  • Every Person behind/working at a dealer's table must have a dealer pass. Each table purchased will receive (2) Dealer passes. Addition dealer passes are available above.
